Being a part of The Losers Club really saved Mike from the wrath of Henry Bowers and his gang. It was Mike who stayed in Derry to watch for IT's return. While the others became very successful in their lives because they left, Mike stayed poor because he stayed. It was Mike who gathered the Losers Club back together as adults.
