 This message is transmitted from a church by the rebels in the movie. They also make and distribute Hoffman Lenses from that church. Gilbert seems to be the leader of the group which includes the street preacher, and the man in the transmissions. As they say, their signal isn't strong enough to break the alien's signal for long, so the message keeps breaking up. People who see the message get a headache as their brainwashing is interrupted. They say that the revolution is only eight months old, I wish they would've shown something of the scientists who discovered the whole thing. I also wonder if there were any other rebel groups in any other parts of the world. There are a lot of interesting stories here, that are left unexplored.
